
Service Coordinator Hanover, MA
Buckley Associates
is seeking a service coordinator to oversee the day-to-day
operations of our service division. Among the primary
responsibilities:
- Perform site visits to
inspect end evaluate equipment sold by Buckley Associates
- Provide written field
reports for the customers, manufacturers and sales staff
describing what was found during inspections and provide
recommendations
- Performing site visits to
service equipment that is found to be not operating
correctly. This will be limited to minor mechanical and
control issues
- Coordinate with customers
and Buckley Associates authorized Service Companies to
execute service calls to repair equipment or to provide
equipment start up services, or end user training
- Provide paperwork to
service companies describing the service to be performed and
any required manufactures literature required for start up
or service related work
- Maintain service logs for
all service calls made by Buckley Associates or service
company technicians.
- Perform tasks
associated with billing and parts procurement for all
service related issues
The qualified applicant
should have a minimum of three years industry experience
including a basic understanding of building mechanical and
electrical systems. Additionally:
- This position will
require a strong background in electrical controls for
mechanical equipment.
- Applicant must also
have excellent communication skills and be able to deal
with customers and factories on a daily basis.
A strong candidate shall be be
proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
