Estimator
Hanover, MA

We are seeking a self motivated, energetic and productive individual for an estimator position working out of our Hanover, MA office. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing quote requests, targeting Buckley competitive projects
• Preparation of estimates and documents for distribution to mechanical, sheet metal, and control contractors
• Performing take-offs and generate pricing
• Initiate new quotes using quote software
• Manage quote distribution, maintain bid list, quote desk & answer quote desk questions

The successful candidate must be detail oriented & comfortable working with a variety of construction drawings and be able to understand and interpret specifications.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of HVAC estimating experience, general working knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, math and computer skills.
The ideal candidate would have relevant industry experience.

Outside Sales Representative - Vermont/NE New York
Albany, NY

We are seeking a self motivated, energetic and productive individual for an Outside Sales Representative working out of our Albany, NY office. Responsibilities include:

• Sell and service Buckley-represented commercial HVAC products including mechanical, sheet metal and control products
• Perform take-offs and generate pricing for customers and services to sheet metal, mechanical and controls contractors
• Utilize knowledge of products and services to compile prospective customers lists, quoting pricing and credit terms,
• Develop relationships with customers in an effort to secure future work
• Manage awarded projects by ordering and billing customer for product, notifying customer of delivery dates and overall customer service

Qualifications: 5-7 years of HVAC sales experience including general knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems. Excellent communication, negotiationg, presentation, interpersonal, and math skills required. Bachelor’s degree or advanced technical training required.
